I hear ya. I just know how hard my friend Nick worked in the design of the EFAW 2407R’s and to see them basically “cloned” or “inspired by” within a week of the “official” release just makes me mad.
Nick from earthfireairwater EFAW has spent a year and god knows how much money developing this really great motor only to have such a similar motor come out so close to his release is suspicious.
Maybe it’s just a case of parallel development. Such as when 2 comics from different sides of the globe come up with the same premise for a joke and one calls the other a joke thief. In the grand scheme of things it has to happen.

Thanks for your oppinion! There is a debate weather DYS have taken EFAW design or “inspired by” or just it has some similarities. I would say EFAW 2407 is better. It is 4gram lighter, have better design and internal components. At a price of $25 DYS Thor is a bit overpriced. Even Emax motors are cheaper.
