In reply to montis. Wrote a letter to Holybro and got an answer: "...We do believe that the 15mw pit mode is too much too. We will make it 0.5mw in the future." So in the future iterations this VTX will have proper PIT mode with 0.5mW power output.

15mW is not pit mode. Pit mode is 1mW
With 15mW you can still blow someone out of the air when he’s half way down the field
